• Gold Plan ($10/Monthly): Designed for professionals, includes unlimited technical site analyses, unlimited PDF report downloads per day, and unlimited access to premium tools.
2. Intellectual Property
The Site, its original content, features, and the structure of the generated PDF reports are owned by Donkey SEO Team. These are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
3. Refund Policy
Strict No-Refund Policy:
Due to the digital nature of our services (instant access to SEO tools and downloadable PDF reports), all payments are non-refundable.
• Once a subscription is purchased ($3, $5, or $10), you receive immediate access to the intellectual property and service capacity of the site.
• Refunds will not be provided for partial months of service or for unused reports within a daily limit.
4. User Accounts and Security
To access premium features, users must sign in through the Turbo Reviewer admin or user section. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms (e.g., attempting to scrape data or bypass daily PDF limits).
6. Limitation of Liability
Donkey SEO provides data for informational purposes. We shall not be liable for any digital marketing outcomes, loss of rankings, or inaccuracies provided by the automated analysis tools.
